HEALTHY GUT CHIA SEED PUDDING
This chia seed pudding is made with coconut yogurt and filled with probiotics and fiber for a healthy gut and happy mind.
Ingredients:
-1 cup coconut probiotic yogurt (I used @harmlessharvest)
-3 tbsp chia seeds
-1 tbsp flax seeds
-Truvani protein powder
-Berries and toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
-Combine coconut probiotic yogurt, chia seeds, flax seeds, and protein powder in a bowl
-Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and let the chia seeds absorb the liquid
-Mix chia seed pudding and top with your favorite fruits!
