HEALTHY MOVIE THEATER POPCORN 🍿

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup popcorn kernels

-2 tbsp ghee

-1 tbsp nutritional yeast

-salt to taste (optional)

Instructions:

-In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons ghee and 3 popcorn kernels over medium heat.

-Cover the pot and wait for the kernels to pop. Once the kernels pop, add the rest of the popcorn to the pot.

-Cover the pot, leaving it slightly ajar so steam can escape.

-Once the popping slows to several seconds between pops, remove pot from heat.

-Sprinkle nutritional yeast and salt on the popcorn, mix, and enjoy! 🍿
