HEALTHY CAESAR

Top this with roasted chickpeas or leftover chicken for a quick and healthy meal. This makes a great salad or wrap!

Dressing:
-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-2 tbsp tahini
-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-2 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-2 cloves minced garlic
-Salt and pepper to taste

Roasted chickpeas:
-Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite spices (I used garlic powder and paprika)
-Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes (toss halfway through roasting)
-Remove from the baking tray and toss with 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast for a cheesy flavor
