5-MINUTE SALMON WITH NO CLEANUP

This recipe is for those nights you have no energy to cook dinner, but you’re tired of spending way too much $$ on takeout and overpriced prepared foods.

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup

  • Drizzle extra virgin olive oil, juice from ½ lemon, garlic salt, and pepper over the asparagus and combine. Place asparagus on the baking sheet.

  • Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over the salmon filet. Top with lemon slices

  • Bake salmon and asparagus at 400°F for 12-15 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. salmon filet

  • 1 lemon

  • Handful of asparagus

  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • Garlic salt & pepper to taste
