5-MINUTE SALMON WITH NO CLEANUP
This recipe is for those nights you have no energy to cook dinner, but you’re tired of spending way too much $$ on takeout and overpriced prepared foods.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil, juice from ½ lemon, garlic salt, and pepper over the asparagus and combine. Place asparagus on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over the salmon filet. Top with lemon slices
Bake salmon and asparagus at 400°F for 12-15 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Ingredients:
4 oz. salmon filet
1 lemon
Handful of asparagus
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Garlic salt & pepper to taste
