TURKEY BURGER TOPPED SALAD
Turkey Burger Ingredients
-1 lb organic ground turkey
-3 garlic cloves minced
-1/3 cup fresh herbs (I used parsley and basil)
-3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
-salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine turkey ingredients in a bowl and then form the mixture into 4 patties. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 mins per side (or until sides are browned and internal temp is 165 degrees).
Enjoy your burger with a bun or over your favorite salad! My caprese salad includes tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese, crispy chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
