2 STEP PIZZA DINNER

You know those nights you absolutely don’t feel like cooking? Instead of ordering out, try this super easy meal! It’s perfect when you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, tired, or just need a break from cooking. You’ve got this.

STEP 1 🍕

Buy a frozen cheese pizza and top with micro-greens and veggies! My go-to is a @wholefoods thin crust Margherita pizza with kale micro-greens and leftover veggies - zucchini, peppers, broccoli are some favorites! I love add extra spice with red pepper flakes and @mikeshothoney 🌶️

STEP 2 🥗

Fill half your plate with a BIG salad. This is my go-to Caesar salad topped with Nutritional Yeast for extra cheesy flavor.

CAESAR DRESSING RECIPE:

-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

-2 tbsp tahini

-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

-1 tbsp lemon juice

-2 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

-2 cloves minced garlic

-Salt and pepper to taste
