GRILLED GOAT CHEESE PEPPERS 🌶️
Here’s what you’ll need:
-Yellow, red, and orange bell peppers
-Goat cheese
-Cayenne pepper
-Extra virgin olive oil
Here’s what you’ll do:
Remove core and stems from peppers and cut into quarters. Add goat cheese and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Grill until the peppers have a slight char on the bottom. If you prefer to cook these inside, drizzle the peppers with olive oil and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
